Everyone can fall ill at any time. People who struggle need help. All human lives are equally precious. That’s why we must help everyone who is struggling with an illness. Good people can understand this themselves. However, sometimes it may be necessary to remind someone of this rule.
Let’s see what happened to Andres and Fatima.
Andres is a good entrepreneur. He runs a big business.
One day, Andres fell ill at work. He got dizzy and he fell to the floor. His colleagues immediately noticed that he was unwell. The rushed over to help him.
Fatima also works in Andres’s company. Fatima is a cleaner. The cleaner makes sure that the house is clean and tidy. Everyone feels good in a clean and nice house.
One day, Fatima also started to feel unwell at work. Fatima was feeling dizzy. She fell down on the floor. Unfortunately, no one went over to help Fatima. No one helped her to get up. A colleague called Fatima’s husband instead. This colleague demanded that Fatima’s husband come and take Fatima away.
Then, the boss Andres arrived. Andres went to help Fatima himself. He helped Fatima to sit. Then, Andres called a doctor. The doctor checked Fatima to see that she was OK. Fortunately, Fatima was in good health.
Andres, the boss, was a little disappointed that the other employees hadn’t helped Fatima. Andres told the other employees that it doesn’t matter who needs help. Everyone has the right to get medical assistance when they’re ill.
The employees understood what they did wrong. They apologised to Fatima. No one should be treated less favourably than others because of their nationality. Everyone in need must be helped!
