If a person is banned from entering a bar solely on the basis of his or her skin colour, there is discrimination. Such conduct is unacceptable.
However, if a person is banned from entering the bar because of his or her behaviour or he or she wants to enter the bar, for example, with his or her own drink, then such a ban is allowed. In this case, the reason for the ban is a person’s bad behaviour or the presence of a foreign beverage, not the colour of the skin. On these grounds, anyone with any skin colour would be banned from entering the bar.
