You do not have to disclose your pregnancy when applying for a job. When recruiting or interviewing, the employer may not require any information relating to the privacy of the person seeking employment, which is not related to the suitability of the job offered. If the employer requires this information, he or she violates the prohibition set out in the Employment Contracts Act. It is also prohibited by the Gender Equality Act.
