It is not permitted to exclude a person seeking a job because of his or her age or because he or she is receiving or will receive a pension.
When an employer asks about retirement in order to find out the age of a person, preferring a younger worker, this choice is discriminatory and prohibited. The employer cannot and must not decide for the employee when he or she will stop working and retire.
