If a person is denied service simply because of his or her skin colour, there is discrimination. Such activity is unacceptable.
However, if a person is denied service because of some other reason (for example, because he or she is aggressive), there is no discrimination. In this case, the reason for denial is something other than a person’s skin colour (such as aggression). On these grounds (for example, because of aggression), any person with any skin colour would be denied service.
