Social discrimination is defined as cases where a person is treated less favourably or his or her rights are limited because of his or her social background. These can be the family’s financial situation, being married or single, etc.

When contacting the Commissioner, the identity of the person shall not be disclosed and, upon request, anonymity shall be guaranteed. You can also contact both the labour dispute committee and the Chancellor of Justice for conciliation procedure.
