Religion does not entitle the employer to any less favourable treatment of the employee: Religion is such an important part of being a human being that, whenever the employer has the opportunity and where the organisation of work permits, the employer must take into account the specifics that the employee’s needs to follow his or her religion.

When contacting the Commissioner, the identity of the person shall not be disclosed and, upon request, anonymity shall be guaranteed. You can also contact both the labour dispute committee and the Chancellor of Justice for conciliation procedure.
